Environmental Justice Maps
The following maps show minority and low-income status by traffic analysis zone for the Boston Region MPO area and the urban core. The underlying data used to develop these maps comes from the 2000 census. These maps were used by the MPO and its Environmental Justice Committee to aid in the development and analysis of the 2004 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and other planning initiatives.
