Endorsed June 16, 2005. This amendent revises funding categories and/or amounts for several bridge,
roadway, and transit projects.

FY 2005-2009 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment Two
Endorsed March 31, 2005. This amendment revises funding categories and/or amounts for several bridge, roadway, and transit projects, and would exchange some funding for several transit projects among FY 2005, 2006, and 2007, while maintaining the transit programs' overall totals. It also identifies some funds for the Suburban Mobility Improvement Program.

FY 2005-2009 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment One
Endorsed January 20, 2005. This amendment is for: Cape Ann Transportation Authority funds in fiscal year 2005 as well as funds carried over from fiscal year 2004; funds for the procurement of 85 emission-control diesel buses; funds for buses and senior citizen vans in Lynn, Peabody, and Danvers.

Adjustment Four
Endorsed August 4, 2005. Funds for the Somerville Avenue Project and the Route 18 Intersections Project were adjusted due to new construction cost estimates.

Adjustment Three
Endorsed July 21, 2005. Funds for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project were adjusted to reflect the update to the Finance Plan and the current cash flow of the project. The funding category of the design for the South Bay Harbor Trail was changed from CMAQ to Enhancement.

Adjustment Two
Endorsed January 20, 2005. Funds for the preliminary design of Silver Line Phase Three were adjusted to reflect funds allocated in the latest extension of federal transportation legislation; also funds for design and permitting work associated with the widening of Route 18 in Weymouth and Abington, which was previous programmed in the FY 2004-2008 TIP.

Adjustment One
Endorsed December 16, 2005. Removes MBTA carryover funds for items that were awarded by the Federal Transit Administration before the end of federal fiscal year 2004. Reduces the total carryover funds from $307.9 million to $137.2 million.
