Every year MPO municipalities are called upon to submit Proponent Provided Information forms to MPO staff for projects which will be seeking to be included in the TIP.

The MPO uses a roadway-project information form to collect information about projects and prioritize them according to the TIP criteria. Two sections of the form are filled out by MPO staff, two by the project proponent. (The MPO uses the MBTA's Capital Investment Program form for its transit projects.)
