Traffic Volume Counts
The MPO warehouses traffic volume counts
conducted on highways and roads throughout
Massachusetts since 1962. You can use the interactive map
accessible through the menu at the left to locate counts in your area of
interest and then view, print, or download the detailed data.
The interactive map uses the Environmental Systems Research Institute's (ESRI's) Internet Map Server (IMS) software. It has been designed to be both powerful and intuitively easy to use.
Explanatory text for all of the controls has been integrated with the map, but additional, general help is available through the help link at the left.
Information about the data used in the map has also been integrated with the map, but it may be accessed separately through the sources link at the left.

These traffic count Web pages and data were
last updated in May 2006. The MPO does not warrant the accuracy of the
count data, which was collected by other agencies and is made
available on this Web site with their permission.
