4.       Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2027–31 TIP Project Updates and Readiness Guidelines, Ethan Lapointe, MPO Staff: Presentation and discussion around areas of concern and required action for currently funded projects in the FFYs 2027–31 TIP, 30 minutes.

5.       FFYs 2027–31 Program Development Objectives, Adriana Jacobsen and Ethan Lapointe, MPO Staff: Overview of anticipated needs and objectives to be addressed in the creation of the program of projects for the FFYs 2027–31 TIP, 20 minutes.

6.       Project Scoring and Rescoring Preview, Adriana Jacobsen and Ethan Lapointe, MPO Staff: Introduction to projects newly seeking funding through the TIP for FFYs 2026 through 2031. Review of expected score changes because of TIP project rescoring, 20 minutes.

8.       Next Meeting: The TIP Process, Engagement, and Readiness Committee will next meet on March 12 to discuss further development of the program of projects for the FFYs 2027–31 TIP.
