The MPO approved for public review and comment the draft federal fiscal years (FFYs) 2013–16 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the draft FFY 2013 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The 30-day public comment period ends May 31.
Public workshops on the draft TIP and UPWP will be held in Melrose (May 15), Randolph (May 22), and Boston (May 23). Download the flyer for details.
The next MPO Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17, at 10:00 AM, in the State Transportation Building.
On April 5 the MPO adopted an administrative modification to the FFYs 2012–15 TIP to add earmark funds for the design of traffic signal improvements on Blue Hill Avenue and Warren Street in Boston.
