The Route 114 Corridor Study in Salem is one of a series of corridor studies under the Multimodal Mobility Infrastructure Program that addresses the gaps in regional and community needs for a safe and accessible regional transportation system. This report analyzes existing conditions, assesses safety and operational problems in the corridor, and makes short- and long-term recommendations for implementing multimodal transportation improvements. It also includes technical appendices that contain data and methods applied in the study.
